The weather was gorgeous as the sun set on the grounds of the Castle by the lake. Simon Taylor, Heritage Gardener at Dundurn Castle, led us on a fascinating and colourful tour of one of the city's most inspiring vegetable plots. Using traditional techniques and the best of modern sustainable gardening practices, Simon proudly describes to members of both Slow Food Hamilton new farmer Ian Graham and supporters of his Dundas Sustainable Lifestyles Project just how his garden grows.
